According to the Danish Consumer Agreement Act § 17 frø Copenhagen has a 14 days return policy, which runs from the date you received the item(s).
The returned product must be in the same condition as you received it. If the product is damaged or used the product cannot be refunded.
If you want to return or repair your purchase please send an e-mail to email@example.com named "Return" and include your name, contact information and, if possible, provide a tracking number.

It is suggested that you send the items as a package and that you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
When the returned product is received frø Copenhagen will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need your bank information to transfer the money back to you. The easiest way is to include this in the e-mail you send upon a return.
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. frø Copenhagen is not responsible for any return customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to frø Copenhagen.

Be aware that normal wear and tear as well as damages due to an accident, improper care or negligence, where frø Copenhagen is not at fault, is not covered by the warranty and we do not cover the cost of repair. If you discover a defect in materials or craftsmanship in a purchased item, you must as soon as possible and within a reasonable time, contact frøCopenhagen and explain the default or defect. frøCopenhagen will then deal with your complain. If the item is defect, frøCopenhagen will seek to remedy this by repair or alternatively make a replacement.
Reservations and disclaims
frøCopenhagen takes reservations for tax changes, price and writing errors, technical errors, sold-out products or force majeure, including delays in deliveries by sub-contractors.
